Positive Self Talk

I realize this is my smallest entry, but it is the most important. You have all read the quotes and the coaches’ highlights. This is the final step to organization. It is organizing your point of view, your self worth and self-esteem. Without these success will be difficult. If you believe you can do it, you can do it. If you can visualize your moment of success in your head it is easier to strive for it. I had my fist pumping celebration at the end of my program planned in my head for months as I trained for the Olympic Games. I could see it in my head, I re checked steps 1-4 daily with my coaches and now I do it with my own skaters.

Finally; keep checking in with that yearly plan; track your training, communicate and re set goals if need be. IN other words stay flexible and positive with your plan. Constantly encouraging and celebrating the small steps helps you reach your goals.
